- Night Shift: 6:45pm - 7:00am
- 2 on, 2 off, 3 on schedule
- 20.75 USD hourly
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing operation or production environment
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 90% of the shift
- Ability to lift and position objects weighing up to 50 lbs for up to 10% of the work time
- Must not have previously worked at the hiring company
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain automated equipment and computer systems
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with peers and management
- Analytical ability to understand safety hazards and troubleshoot routine problems
- Strict adherence to all Environmental, Health, and Safety standards and regulations
- Perform effective shift exchanges and maintain accurate production data
- Maintain Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
- Execute autonomous maintenance tasks, changeovers, and tool set-ups
- Collaborate with engineering teams on process improvements and problem-solving
- Improve and maintain a clean work environment following 5S standards
