At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Production Associate to work with Wincore Windows in Swainsboro. You will be working for the client in Swainsboro.

Shift Patterns

• Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7am-4pm, Mandatory Weekend and OT when needed

Pay Rates

• 16.00 USD hourly

Requirements

As a Production Associate you will need to have:

• Ability to learn and rotate to two (2) or more different responsibilities and/or positions on the assembly line.
• Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, and following production orders.
• Able to stand on your feet for the entire shift
• Cannot have previously worked at Wincore Windows

As a Production Associate, it would be desirable to have:

• Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks.
• Able to safely work with and around moving equipment.

Role of a Production Associate

• Operate machinery and tools according to production orders.
• Learn and perform various assembly line tasks.
• Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols.
• Assemble products according to established quality standards.
