Production Associate

These positions work as part of an assembly team performing multiple assembly steps for the production of window and door units, you will be required to use small hand tools and assemble parts/units, as well as label and package products.
We are currently hiring for both Day and Night shift:
Day shift - 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Pay - $16 per hour
Responsibilities for these positions include: The fabrication and production of component parts for the final assembly of different window and door units.
Learn more than one part of the assembly process
Read schematics to understand the production process
Use a variety of hand and power tools
Operate and monitor machinery
Measure workpieces
Inspect products for quality and damages
Report product damages, operation concerns, safety hazards, and other incidents to management
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks.
Able to safely work with and around moving equipment.
Ability to learn and rotate to two (2) or more different responsibilities and/or positions on the assembly line.
Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, and following production orders.
Able to stand on your feet for the entire shift
