Intro

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift operator to work with a leading logistics provider in Edgerton. This role is based in a climate-controlled candy manufacturing facility, focusing on supporting production and material movement in a fast-paced, line-based environment.


Shift patterns

• Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 11:00pm

Pay rates

• 20.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Forklift operator

• Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience required


• Must pass internal forklift certification assessment (no training provided)


• Commute may not be longer than 40 minutes


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment


• Ability to work on the line when needed


• Previous experience with this company or agency (if applicable)

Desirable requirements for Forklift operator

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or candy production environment


• Familiarity with line-based warehouse operations


• Experience with reach trucks and Raymond equipment


• Experience working with Good Manufacturing Practices or food safety standards


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Role for Forklift operator

• Operate stand-up forklifts to move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production lines


• Support line operations by ensuring timely delivery and removal of materials to prevent downtime


• Load, unload, stage, and store products in designated areas


• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety and food handling standards


• Perform equipment checks and follow proper operating procedures
