At Clara, we are recruiting for an On-Site Recruiter to work with a leading company in the industry in Irvine. This role is instrumental in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Shift Patterns

• Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

Pay Rates

• 27.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and candidate information with the utmost discretion.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition roles.
• Demonstrate proven experience in managing employee relations and fostering a positive workplace environment.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrate expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Tempworks, for candidate tracking and workflow management.
• Apply knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations to ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal standards.
• Develop and execute effective candidate sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and qualified talent pool.
• Proficiently manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
• Apply strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple recruitment pipelines and competing priorities.
• Proactively identify and resolve recruitment challenges, adapting strategies to meet evolving business needs.
• Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills to professionally engage with employees and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
