Picker / Packer - Southaven

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker / Packer to work with a leading apparel company in Southaven. This role involves ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for delivery with the highest standards of care and efficiency.
Shift Patterns

• Sunday–Wednesday, 7:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m.

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Skills Requirements

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule.
• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.
• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes.

Role

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery.
• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers.
• Maintain a consistent pace throughout the entire work period.
• Handle items carefully to avoid damage to products.
• Collaborate with team members to accurately complete daily work goals.
