At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with ShipBob in Bethlehem, PA. We are looking for versatile and dependable individuals to join a fast-growing distribution center, where you will serve as the backbone of the operational supply chain.
Shift Patterns:

• 1DO - Stow | 06:00 AM - 04:30 pm (10h 30m) Repeats weekly on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Pay Rates:

• 16.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Warehouse Associate:

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs continuously throughout a shift
• Willingness to perform a variety of general warehouse tasks based on daily facility priorities
• Comfortable using handheld RF equipment, basic touchscreens, and digital logging tools
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the site in Bethlehem, PA

Role for Warehouse Associate:

• Unload inbound freight, load outbound trailers, and maneuver heavy materials across the facility safely
• Inspect incoming shipments, process intake using RF equipment, sort items, and move stock to designated storage areas
• Assist with order picking, packing, and staging goods for daily shipments as needed by production volume
• Conduct basic counting, inventory audits, and report damaged or displaced items to management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free workstation, following all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
