Requirements
As a FP&A Analyst you will need to have:
- Experience in financial planning, monthly close, and variance analysis.
- Experience with budget cycles and budget execution.
As a FP&A Analyst, it would be desirable to have:
- Great financial modelling skills.
- Proficiency with Anaplan, google sheets and Scala/Databricks is a Plus.
- Experience with SQL/BI tools for developing dashboards and automated reports.
- Experience with AI/automation platforms and scripting (e.g., SQL, Python, R, or GenAI tools).
Role of a FP&A Analyst
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights on variances.
- Collaborate with various departments to manage budget cycles and ensure accurate execution.
- Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for management.
- Streamline financial processes through automation and data analysis.
