At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for FP&A Analyst to work with Base 10 in San Francisco. You will be working for the client in San Francisco.

Requirements

As a FP&A Analyst you will need to have:

• Experience in financial planning, monthly close, and variance analysis.
• Experience with budget cycles and budget execution.

As a FP&A Analyst, it would be desirable to have:

• Great financial modelling skills.
• Proficiency with Anaplan, google sheets and Scala/Databricks is a Plus.
• Experience with SQL/BI tools for developing dashboards and automated reports.
• Experience with AI/automation platforms and scripting (e.g., SQL, Python, R, or GenAI tools).

Role of a FP&A Analyst

• Support the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Conduct monthly financial closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers and provide insights to management.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
