At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for SBL - Load and Unload to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. This Warehouse Associate role supports warehouse and dock operations by coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, assisting with freight movement, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time. This position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Shift Patterns
- 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM (10h 30m). Repeats weekly on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
- 17.50 USD hourly
- Must have reliable transportation
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
- Verify shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
- Communicate with drivers regarding dock assignments, paperwork, and shipment status.
- Move freight throughout the facility using manual pallet jacks or other approved equipment.
- Organize, stage, and prepare shipments for pickup or delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Support inventory control and other warehouse operations as needed.
