Intro
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Automation Technician to work with Aludyne in Pierceton. This role focuses on developing, enhancing, and troubleshooting automation systems and machinery, ensuring the seamless integration of robotics, PLCs, and electrical design.
Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday, 10:45 pm to 7:00 am

Pay Rates

• 70000.00 - 85000.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years of automation systems experience
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc FAPT Ladder II & III, PLC programming, AutoCAD, and robotics
• Experience with networking protocols such as Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus, Serial, and DH+
• Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and Servo controls

Desirable Requirements

• Training, CNC and PLC programming, and motion control programming
• Robotic, vision, and facility systems programming and implementation
• Troubleshooting, engineering, and integration of automated systems
• Implementation of defect detection and scrap reduction processes

Role Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and implement complex automation systems
• Troubleshoot and program PC/PLC logic, servo motion, and HMI displays
• Design electrical panels, wiring diagrams, and system layouts using AutoCAD
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry safety standards
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Project Management teams
