At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Assembler to work with a leading manufacturing company in Wichita. This role is vital to the production process, requiring a hardworking and dependable individual to assemble components while maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced, active environment.Shift Patterns:
- 1st shift Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm
- 16.00 USD hourly
- Ability to lift small loads ranging from 30 to 50 lbs.
- Experience working in a production and manufacturing environment
- Ability to work in a warm manufacturing workspace
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the entirety of a 10-hour shift
- Dependable transportation and a strong track record of good attendance
- Ability to read simple instructions, count accurately, and maintain a sharp attention to detail
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools
- Adaptable to working in a variety of departments, open-minded, and positive attitude
- Must be flexible and available to work overtime as required by production needs
- Assemble components precisely and efficiently according to blueprints, schematics, or standard operating procedures
- Hand-assemble parts using basic hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Conduct basic quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production quotas
