Picker - Rialto

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Rialto. You will be working for the client in Rialto.

Shift patterns

• Monday - Saturday open to the weekends
  4:00 pm - 12:30 am open to daily overtime

Pay rates

• 17.50 USD hourly

Requirements

Essential requirements for Picker:

• Do you have previous warehouse or order picking experience in a high-volume environments?
• Do you have experience using RF scanners?
• Do you have a strong attention to detail and accuracy?
• Are you able to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)?
• Are you able to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift?
• Are you able to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts based on business needs?
• Do you have dependable transportation to and from job site?
• Are you able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically during shift when necessary?

Your role for Picker

• Efficiently pick customer orders using RF scanners to ensure accuracy and speed.
• Navigate the warehouse environment to locate and retrieve items for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Perform quality checks on picked items to ensure they meet company standards.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping goals.
