Maintenance Mechanic - Uxbridge

Intro
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Mechanic to work with a leading wholesale company in Uxbridge. This role is responsible for performing general facility maintenance, cleaning and maintaining powered industrial equipment, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean, safe, and organized.
Shift Patterns

• Saturday, Sunday and Monday 4:00pm to 4:00am

Pay Rates

• 18.00 - 21.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs. without assistance
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including heat, cold, noise, and dust
• Ability to work on powered equipment for up to 8 hours per day when needed
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, pull, and push for up to 8 hours per day when needed

Role

• Perform general warehouse and facility maintenance to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Clean and maintain powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, sweepers, and scrubbers
• Assist with minor building repairs and basic equipment maintenance
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and in accordance with company policies
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
