At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Manufacturing Production Associate to work with a leading manufacturer of window and door units in the Mineral Wells area. This role involves performing multiple assembly steps to produce high-quality window and door products in a fast-paced environment.


Shift:

• 1st Shift 7:00am to 4:00pm

Pay Rates:

• 16.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.


• Ability to stand on your feet for 8 to 10 hours a day.


• Experience or proven ability to operate hand and power tools safely.


• Ability to consistently perform repetitive daily manufacturing tasks.

Desirable requirements for Manufacturing Production Associate:

• Experience reading basic blueprints, schematics, or technical production orders.


• Prior experience operating, adjusting, and monitoring manufacturing machinery.


• Experience using measuring tools to verify workpiece dimensions against quality standards.


• Previous experience performing quality control checks and inspecting products for damages.


• Experience being cross-trained or rotating across two or more different positions on an assembly line.

Role for Manufacturing Production Associate:

• Assemble window and door units using various hand and power tools.


• Read and interpret production schematics to guide the assembly process.


• Operate and monitor machinery while ensuring production orders are followed.


• Perform quality control inspections and report any product damages or safety hazards.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
