Pick/Pack - North Aurora

Intro

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics and fulfillment company in North Aurora. This role is essential for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently for timely delivery.


Shift patterns

• 1st shift: Saturday to Wednesday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Pay rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Pick/Pack

• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule.


• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site.


• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. periodically during the shift when necessary.


• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.


• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes.

Role for Pick/Pack

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers.


• Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers.


• Maintain consistent packing performance while remaining on your feet for the duration of the shift.


• Handle items carefully to avoid damage to the product.


• Collaborate with team members to accurately complete daily work while prioritizing safety and deadlines.
