Shift patterns

• M - F / 7 am - 3:30 pm

Pay rates

• 12.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Lumper

• Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy items, often up to 50+ lbs.


• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or forklift experience.


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

Role tasks for Lumper

• Manually load and unload goods, boxes, or pallets into trailers and containers.


• Break down, sort, and rebuild pallets based on SKU, size, or vendor requirements.


• Operate manual or electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.


• Inspect freight for damage and verify shipment accuracy.


• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with OSHA protocols.
