Requirements
Essential requirements for General Labor:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the entire shift
- Must be able to lift up to 35–50 lbs depending on department needs
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Desirable requirements for General Labor:
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience is preferred but not required
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse equipment is a plus
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Your role for General Labor
- Perform manual tasks including picking and packing products according to orders
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments as required by the department
- Use warehouse equipment and technology to track inventory accurately
