SBL Associate - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an SBL Associate to work with a leading logistics and fulfillment company in North Aurora. This role is essential for maintaining efficient parcel flow and ensuring high service levels in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Shift Patterns

• Thursday to Monday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced fulfillment and dock environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Experience with pallet jacks or warehouse equipment is preferred.

Role Responsibilities

• Handle parcel flow across conveyor and non-conveyor operational areas.
• Perform sorting and processing tasks to maintain consistent workflow.
• Coordinate with inbound and outbound dock activities.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
