Maintenance Team Lead - Pierceton

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Team Lead to work with Aludyne in Pierceton. This role is essential for overseeing daily maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and fostering a safe, efficient work environment.
Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday, 2:45 pm to 11:00 pm

Pay Rates

• 26.00 - 32.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical).
• Prior experience leading or supervising maintenance technicians, including assigning work and holding team members accountable.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment such as PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

Skills Requirements

• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing or following preventive maintenance schedules and ensuring compliance with safety standards (OSHA or similar).

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, assigning and prioritizing daily tasks.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, safety policies, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS or tracking systems.
