Forklift Operator - Kenosha

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in Kenosha. This role is essential for maintaining efficient order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met.


Shift patterns:

• Sunday to Wednesday 7:00am to 5:30pm

Pay rates:

• 22.50 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Forklift Operator:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred; cherry picker, sit-down, stand-up or order picker experience a plus


• Ability to obtain and maintain cherry picker certification


• Comfortable working at heights


• Ability to use RF scanners or learn warehouse systems

Skills requirements for Forklift Operator:

• Basic math and reading skills


• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Role tasks for Forklift Operator:

• Operate cherry picker equipment to retrieve and store products at various rack heights


• Accurately pick customer orders using warehouse management systems


• Verify product numbers, quantities, and condition before staging orders


• Safely transport materials to designated packing or shipping areas


• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues
