Production Associate - Swainsboro

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Associate to work with a leading manufacturer of window and door units in Swainsboro. This role involves working as part of an assembly team to fabricate, label, and package custom window and door products.
Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7am-4pm
• Mandatory weekend work and overtime as needed

Pay Rates

• 16.00 - 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and perform repetitive tasks
• Commitment to a strict attendance policy
• Pride in accuracy and attention to detail for custom orders
• Flexibility to rotate between different assembly stations as required

Desirable Requirements

• Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks
• Ability to safely work with and around moving equipment
• Ability to learn and rotate to two or more different responsibilities on the assembly line
• Experience operating equipment or tools that require close control and adjustment

Role

• Fabricate and produce component parts for window and door units
• Read and interpret production schematics
• Operate and monitor various machinery and hand tools
• Measure workpieces and inspect products for quality and damage
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
