Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience (pallet handling preferred)
• Basic experience with RF scanners and computer systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Skills and Environment

• Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures
• Physically demanding role requiring standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks
• Use of hand tools and warehouse equipment

Role Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming pallets for quality, damage, and usability
• Sort pallets based on size, condition, and customer requirements
• Repair damaged pallets using tools and equipment when needed
• Operate RF scanners to track pallet movement and inventory accurately
• Enter and update data in warehouse management systems
