Requirements

Essential requirements for Machine operator:

• Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong technical understanding and safety awareness
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary

Role responsibilities for Machine operator

• Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production.
• Monitor equipment performance and perform basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Follow technical specifications and blueprints to produce high-quality parts.
• Load and unload raw materials into the machines.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize production speed and accuracy.
