Introduction

At Clara, we are recruiting for a Receptionist to work with a leading automotive group in Washington. This role serves as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and efficient front-desk operation while creating a positive first impression.


Shift Patterns


  • Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.



Pay Rates


  • 15.00 - 20.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements


  • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

  • Provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

  • Demonstrate at least one year of experience in a reception, administrative, or customer service role.



Skills and Qualifications


  • Operate document scanning equipment efficiently to digitize incoming and outgoing paperwork.

  • Utilize multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.

  • Employ customer service best practices to provide a welcoming and helpful experience for all visitors and callers.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in basic office software suites, including email, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.

  • Greet all visitors and callers with a friendly and professional demeanor, establishing a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Maintain a high level of organization to manage visitor logs, mail, and incoming/outgoing documents effectively.

  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to relay information accurately.
