Requirements
Must-have requirements for Problem Solver / Resolution / Cycle Counter:
- Prior experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Proficiency using computers and systems such as Excel or warehouse management systems to track and investigate issues.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Availability to work the scheduled shifts in Avon, including potential overtime as needed.
Your role for Problem Solver / Resolution / Cycle Counter
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.
- Perform regular cycle counts and update warehouse management systems.
- Identify root causes of inventory errors and implement corrective actions.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
