At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Spot Welder to work with a leading manufacturing company in Waukegan. This role involves operating welding machinery and ensuring high-quality production standards.
Shift Patterns

• 2nd shift from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Do you have spot weld experience? Please specify when and where
• Do you have metal fabrication experience? Please specify when and where
• Can you read blueprints?

Role Responsibilities

• Operate welding machinery efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand technical specifications
• Perform quality checks on finished welds to ensure they meet company standards
• Maintain high attention to detail throughout the production process
