At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Stand Up Forklift Operator to work with a leading logistics company in El Paso. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient material handling operations within a fast-paced distribution facility.Shift Patterns
- Monday: 11 AM to 8 PM
- Tuesday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM
- 14.00 USD hourly
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating stand-up forklifts (reach trucks or order pickers).
- Ability to successfully pass an on-site practical forklift evaluation and safety certification.
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50–75 lbs when necessary.
- Dependable transportation to the job site in Santa Teresa, NM.
- Strong situational awareness regarding pedestrians and automated equipment.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse logistics software.
- Basic math and documentation skills for inventory tracking.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Safely operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials through narrow aisles.
- Efficiently move, stack, and organize incoming and outgoing product shipments.
- Verify product numbers and condition of goods using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Conduct mandatory daily pre-operational equipment safety checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work zone to uphold safety guidelines.
