Must-have Requirements
- Describe your experience working in an automotive, manufacturing, or assembly environment and the types of equipment you operated.
- Explain a time you identified a quality or safety issue on a production line and the steps you took to address it.
- What experience do you have following detailed work instructions, production procedures, or technical documentation?
- Describe your experience troubleshooting production equipment or resolving mechanical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Role
- Perform formation and assembly operations according to work instructions and production schedules.
- Operate manufacturing equipment and automated systems safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality inspections of parts, components, and finished products.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following 5S standards.
- Assist with routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and manufacturing guidelines.
- Complete required production documentation and system entries accurately.
