At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Clerk / Wave Planner to work with a leading apparel company in Southaven. This role is essential for coordinating and releasing warehouse work through the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support efficient order fulfillment and maintain high productivity standards.Shift Patterns
- Back Half Nights: Thursday–Saturday, 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
- 20.00 USD hourly
- Ability to plan, create, and release picking waves in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) based on shipping priorities and operational capacity.
- Ability to coordinate with supervisors and team leads to balance workloads throughout the shift.
- More than 2 years experience as a Warehouse Clerk/Wave Planner.
- Ability to ensure customer orders are prioritized according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ability to generate and distribute pick lists, shipping documents, labels, and reports.
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- More than 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory accuracy.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
- Communicate with warehouse supervisors and operations teams regarding order priorities and workflow.
- Assist with resolving inventory or order discrepancies.
- Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed.
