Machine Operator - Burlington

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Machine Operator to work with a leading manufacturing company in Burlington. This role involves setting up and operating machinery to ensure efficient production in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Patterns

• Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay Rates

• 18.00 USD hourly

Requirements for Machine Operator

• Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong technical understanding and safety awareness
• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site
• Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift when necessary

• Set up and operate manufacturing machinery
• Monitor machine performance and output quality
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
