Production Associate

Production Associate - Swainsboro

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Associate to work with Wincore Windows in Swainsboro. This role involves working as part of an assembly team to fabricate, label, and package custom window and door units.
Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift Monday - Friday 7am-4pm, Mandatory Weekend and OT when needed

Pay Rates

• 16.00 - 18.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Production Associate

• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for up to 12 hours.
• Commitment to a strict attendance policy regarding punctuality and absences.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Flexibility to rotate between assembly stations with little notice.

Skills Requirements for Production Associate

• Ability to learn and perform repetitive job tasks.
• Ability to safely work with and around moving equipment.
• Ability to learn and rotate to two or more different responsibilities on the assembly line.
• Experience operating equipment and tools that require close control and following production orders.

Role for Production Associate

• Fabricate and produce component parts for window and door units.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand the production process.
• Operate and monitor machinery while measuring workpieces.
• Inspect products for quality and report any damages or safety hazards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
