Intro

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Quality Control Inspector to work with a leading footwear and apparel company in Mooresville. This role is essential in ensuring that all products, materials, and production processes meet our high standards of excellence before they reach our customers.


Shift Patterns

• Mon-Fri 8am to 4:30pm. Please note that the ability to work overtime is required to meet production demands.

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Attention to Detail: Meticulously identifying flaws in items.


• Communication Skills: Clearly documenting and reporting findings to production teams.

Role

• Perform thorough inspections and tests on products and materials at various stages of production.


• Identify and document defects to ensure conformity to company and industry standards.


• Maintain high quality levels while minimizing waste and managing faulty items.


• Assist in general warehouse operations to support overall team efficiency.


• Prepare accurate reports on findings for the production management team.
