Requirements

Requirements for Machine Operator / Line Lead / Process lead:

• Leadership
• Have you lead a team before?
• Please describe your experience with production machinery. Specifically, what types of machines have you operated or led in the past (e.g., baggers, conveyors, wrappers, or scales), and what were your daily responsibilities regarding that equipment?
• Can you explain a troubleshooting moment you had ?
• Can you explain a obstacle you encountered where you had to adapt ?
• Must be local or from the area , no more than 40 minutes

Skills for Machine Operator / Line Lead / Process lead:

• Bilingual , team player , team player , problem solving mentality
• Experience 6 months up to a year
• Great communication skills
• Troubleshooting

• Adaptable to changing or fast paced environment
