At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for General labor to work with a leading apparel company in Southaven. This role involves ensuring products are accurately packed and prepared for delivery while maintaining high safety and quality standards.Shift patterns
- Back Half Days, Weekly Rotating Schedule
- Thursday-Saturday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Wednesday - Saturday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 18.00 USD hourly
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule
- Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site
- Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
- Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes
- Accurately pack products into shipping boxes for delivery to customers
- Ensure proper items are packaged and placed in the correct containers
- Maintain consistent packing speed throughout the shift while remaining on your feet
- Handle items carefully to prevent product damage
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production deadlines
