At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Quality Technician to work with A.L. Schutzman Company in Waukesha. You will be working for the client in Waukesha.

Shift Patterns

• Monday - Friday 4:30am - 1pm
• Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm

Pay Rates

• 17.00 USD hourly

Requirements

As a Quality Technician you will need to have:

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 yrs or older
• At least 1 year of quality control/assurance experience in a high speed food manufacturing environment
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing specifications and quality standards
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, Allergens and Personal Protective Equipment
• Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred (Word, Excel and Access)
• Basic math skills
• Detail oriented, accurate and organized

As a Quality Technician, it would be desirable to have:

• Maintain respectful communication with coworkers at all levels within the organization
• Ability to problem-solve and identify problems or irregularities for early resolution
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Ability to determine root cause of issues and diligently apply corrective action
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with employees, verbally and in writing
• Proactive mind-set and flexibility are important as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize work under pressure

Role of a Quality Technician

• Inspect incoming materials and outgoing products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Monitor production processes to identify and address any deviations from quality protocols.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve overall product quality.
