Cherry Picker - Ocala

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Cherry Picker to work with a leading logistics company in Ocala. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment, responsible for efficiently operating equipment to retrieve and transport materials while ensuring product accuracy.


Shift patterns

• Front Half Night: Sunday-Wednesday 7:00pm - 5:30am

Pay rates

• 20.50 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Cherry Picker

• Proven experience operating cherry pickers


• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs periodically during shift when necessary


• Previous employees from Job&Talent or the logistics partner are welcome to apply as we are currently accepting re-hires

Desirable requirements for Cherry Picker

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment


• Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse operations and equipment functionality


• Familiarity with order picking processes and materials handling best practices


• Understanding of OSHA regulations pertaining to warehouse safety


• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred

Role for Cherry Picker

• Operate cherry picker equipment safely and efficiently to pick orders from high shelving units


• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials using forklifts and pallet jacks


• Perform order picking tasks accurately, ensuring that items are selected according to specifications


• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards


• Conduct routine inspections of equipment, reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns
