Warehouse Associate - Bethlehem

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and shipment preparation.


Shift patterns

• Saturday to Tuesday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (4 days, 10 hours).

Pay rates

• 16.50 USD hourly


• Incentives available for perfect attendance.

Essential requirements for Warehouse Associate

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred


• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods


• Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking


• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule


• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site


• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed


• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes

Role tasks for Warehouse Associate

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers


• Build and shrink-wrap pallets according to distribution instructions


• Receive freight with the ability to identify case packs and pallet patterns


• Perform picking duties and organize stock in the warehouse


• Ensure product accuracy and communicate any issues effectively
