At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Robotic Welder to work with a leading engineering company in Taylor. We are seeking skilled and reliable individuals to operate and maintain robotic welding machines to produce high-quality welds on various metal components.


Shift Patterns

• 2nd shift - 3pm to 11pm


• Some overtime available based on workload

Pay Rates

• 18.00 - 21.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Robotic Welder

• Do you have experience in robotic welding or a similar welding role?


• Can you operate robotic welding machines and equipment?


• Can you pass a MIG welding test, as this is required?

Desirable Requirements for Robotic Welder

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise

Role for Robotic Welder

• Operate and monitor robotic welding machines to ensure proper weld quality and efficiency


• Load and unload parts into the robotic welding system


• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on welding robots and equipment


• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality to ensure they meet industry standards


• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
