Requirements

Essential requirements for IC (Inventory Control Specialist):

• 1–3 years of warehouse or inventory control experience
• Experience with RF Scanners, PDA or hand held devices
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic math and data analysis skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Able to be on feet and walk continuously throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a warehouse non climate controlled environment
• Able to work 10-12 hours per day

Skills and experience for IC (Inventory Control Specialist):

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure integrity
• Support operational efficiency by identifying discrepancies and conducting audits
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve inventory issues
