At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Bilingual Customer Service / Auditor Position to work with Branch El Paso in El Paso. You will be working for the client in El Paso.

Shift Patterns

• Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm 9:00am to 6:00pm Must be able to work one Saturday per month.

Pay Rates

• 15.00 USD hourly

Requirements

As a Bilingual Customer Service / Auditor Position you will need to have:

• Have you ever worked at Expeditors before? If yes, please specify location, role, and dates of employment.
• Do you have prior experience in a Customer Service Representative (CSR) role? describe your responsibilities.
• What interests you about working in a Free Trade Zone (FTZ) environment?
• Are you familiar with import/export processes and compliance requirements? Examples
• How comfortable are you with handling documentation and data entry with accuracy?
• Do you have experience working with logistics systems or ERP platforms? please specify which systems.
• Must be bilingual English/Spanish

As a Bilingual Customer Service / Auditor Position, it would be desirable to have:

• Can you be flexible with your schedule when needed?
• How do you handle high-pressure situations when multiple client requests come in at once?
• What does “meeting client expectations” mean to you, and how do you ensure it in your work?
