Requirements
Essential requirements for Pick & Pack Site Support Associate:
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Comfortable traveling between work locations as business needs change (uber provided by company)
Your role for Pick & Pack Site Support Associate
- Support picking and packing operations to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and site support tasks as assigned
- Coordinate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Navigate between different work locations as required by business demands
