At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Quality Control Inspector to work with DMI Personal Care in Wharton. This role is essential for ensuring that all incoming components and finished materials meet strict company and customer standards. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance, documentation, and overall product quality within a manufacturing environment.
Shift Patterns

• 3rd Shift | 11pm to 7am
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Pay Rates

• 21.00 - 24.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Quality Control Inspector

• Do you have experience performing quality inspections in a manufacturing environment?
• Are you comfortable using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges to verify product specifications?
• Can you describe a time when your meticulous review of a document or component prevented a non-conforming product from being sent to a customer?
• Detail your experience with line clearance and package integrity checks. Explain your process for sample selection under customer-specified plans and how you verify the correct positioning of labels and identity stamps.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in performing quality control functions.
• Ability to read and understand SOPs and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Able to speak and read English (Spanish is a plus).

Role for Quality Control Inspector

• Perform routine quality audits of finished materials and line clearance procedures.
• Prepare quality control documentation and maintain inspection equipment.
• Select samples for customer presentation using prescribed sampling plans.
• Verify that all labels and identity stamps are correct and properly positioned.
• Identify materials as Accepted or Held and assist production personnel with quality requirements.

Location: Wharton. This position is based on-site at our manufacturing facility.
