At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Assembler to work with a leading manufacturing company in Wichita. You will play a vital role in the assembly process, ensuring that products are built to exact specifications and meet high-quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Shift:
- 1st shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Pay Rates:
- 16.00 USD hourly
Requirements for Assembler:
- Ability to lift small loads ranging from 5 to 50 lbs
Skills for Assembler:
- Flexibility to work overtime as required by production needs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Physical ability to reach, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, or sit for extended periods
Responsibilities for Assembler:
- Assemble components according to production specifications
- Operate various hand tools and assembly equipment safely
- Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process
- Monitor production line efficiency and report any issues
