At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Picker to work with a leading company in the logistics sector in Rialto. You will be working for the client in Rialto.
Shift patterns
- Wednesday - Saturday, 4:00 am - 2:30 pm
Pay rates
- 18.00 USD hourly
Requirements
Essential requirements for Picker:
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience in high-volume environments
- Experience using RF scanners for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to walk for extended periods (10–12 hours per shift)
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed
- Dependable transportation to and from the job site
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. periodically
Role responsibilities for Picker
- Use RF scanners to accurately locate and pick items for customer orders
- Ensure all picked products meet quality and accuracy standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
- Meet or exceed daily productivity targets in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols and operational procedures
