At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for CNC Maintenance Technician to work with a leading company in Manufacturing. You will be working for the client in Shelby Twp.
Shift Patterns
- 6am to 2:30pm Monday - Friday
Pay Rates
- 26.00 - 30.00 USD hourly
Requirements
As a CNC Maintenance Technician you will need to have:
- Performing regular maintenance on CNC machines
- Adjusting machines to ensure they operate efficiently and accurately
- Diagnosing and repairing machine problems
- Experience in maintenance and repair of CNC Lathe, Mill, Grinders, Hydraulic Broach, Saw machines, Overhead crane, Forklift and miscellaneous equipment
- Familiarity with various CNC software interfaces, such as FANUC and SIEMENS
As a CNC Maintenance Technician, it would be desirable to have:
- Associate's degree or technical certification in mechanical or electrical engineering, or related field.
- Experience with advanced diagnostics on CNC controls; familiarity with PLC troubleshooting; ability to improve preventive maintenance systems; knowledge of vibration analysis or thermal imaging; experience training operators on basic machine care; background in lean or 5S practices; strong vendor coordination skills; and comfort working with a wide range of metals and tooling systems.
