Customer Service Representative - Wilmington

Shift


  • 3rd shift, Sunday to Thursday, 6 pm to 2:30 am


Pay Rates


  • 23.00 USD hourly


Must-have requirements for Customer Service Representative


  • Previous experience in a customer service role.

  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

  • Ability to navigate various carrier websites efficiently.

  • Strong communication skills to monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely manner.

  • Experience coordinating inbound deliveries and outbound LTL and TL pickups with operations teams.

  • Ability to prepare daily LTL packets, including packing lists and bills of lading.

  • Manage daily customer communications via email to ensure timely responses.

  • Coordinate with the operations team to schedule inbound and outbound logistics.

  • Maintain and update digital and physical workflow boards.

  • Prepare necessary documentation for LTL shipments.

  • Facilitate driver check-in and check-out procedures.
