- 3rd shift, Sunday to Thursday, 6 pm to 2:30 am
Pay Rates
- 23.00 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Customer Service Representative
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to navigate various carrier websites efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
- Experience coordinating inbound deliveries and outbound LTL and TL pickups with operations teams.
- Ability to prepare daily LTL packets, including packing lists and bills of lading.
Role for Customer Service Representative
- Manage daily customer communications via email to ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate with the operations team to schedule inbound and outbound logistics.
- Maintain and update digital and physical workflow boards.
- Prepare necessary documentation for LTL shipments.
- Facilitate driver check-in and check-out procedures.
