Introduction
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Operator to work with SMR Automotive Systems in Marysville. This role involves the manufacture and assembly of high-quality parts at a pre-determined rate.
Shift Patterns

• Monday through Friday 6am-230pm with overtime as needed.

Pay Rates

• 16.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements

• Able to lift 30 pounds
• Able to stand for long periods of time

Role Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow verbal, written, and visual manufacturing instructions.
• Adhere to machine safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow 5-S principles.
• Identify and report defective parts according to quality protocols.
• Understand and apply one-piece flow manufacturing processes.
