Pick/Pack - North Aurora

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. You will play a key role in the fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are handled with care, packaged correctly, and delivered on time.


Shift patterns:

• 1st shift: Thursday to Monday, 6:30 am to 3 pm.

Pay rates:

• 17.00 USD hourly

Essential requirements for Pick/Pack:

• Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule.


• Must have dependable transportation to and from the job site.


• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs periodically during the shift.


• Comfortable working in a team environment and following instructions.


• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt, and sturdy closed-toed shoes.

Role for Pick/Pack:

• Accurately pick and pack products into shipping boxes for customer delivery.


• Ensure all items are packaged correctly and placed in the appropriate containers.


• Maintain a consistent pace throughout the shift while remaining on your feet.


• Handle products with care to prevent damage.


• Collaborate with team members to meet daily deadlines while prioritizing safety and punctuality.
