Pick/Pack - Bethlehem

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack Associate to work with a leading logistics company in Bethlehem. You will begin by learning the picking process using warehouse technology to retrieve orders, then advance into packing and cross-training roles to build a broad skill set within the operation.


Shift patterns

• 1SW-Pick | 0600 - 1630 (10h 30m)


• Repeats weekly Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues

Pay rates

• 16.50 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Pick/Pack

• Do you have warehouse experience?


• When and where was your warehouse experience?


• Do you have your own reliable transportation to and from the job?


• Are you currently employed by Job and Talent at any of other locations?


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.


• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn multiple processes.

Desirable requirements for Pick/Pack

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus.

• Locate and retrieve customer orders accurately using warehouse technology.


• Verify, package, and prepare orders for shipment.
