Intro

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate to work with a leading logistics and fulfillment company in Bethlehem. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that shipments are prepared efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Shift Patterns

• Saturday to Tuesday, 5:30pm to 4:00 am (4 days, 10 hours).

Pay Rates

• 17.50 USD hourly


• Incentives available for perfect attendance.

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.


• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.


• Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking.


• Must be able to work a full-time but flexible schedule.


• Must have dependable transportation to and from job site.


• Must enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed.


• Must provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes.

Role

• Physically unload freight from containers and trailers.


• Build and wrap pallets according to distribution specifications.


• Receive freight with the ability to identify case packs and pallet patterns.


• Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.


• Organize stock and ensure product accuracy.
