At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Tool & Die Maker to work with AdduXi Group in Rochester Hills. We are seeking a skilled Die Maker Technician to join a brand new operation at this facility. We are looking for someone to take charge, follow or create set-up procedures, and make suggestions for improvements.
Shift Patterns

• Monday to Friday, 6am to 3/4pm, when working overtime
• Availability for overtime or Saturdays as needed

Pay Rates

• 39.00 - 45.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Tool & Die Maker

• More than 5 years experience with Die Build or Die Retrofit
• More than 3 years experience with small tonnage metal stamping dies
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to read various types of gages
• Ability to assemble and disassemble metal stamping dies

Desirable Requirements for Tool & Die Maker

• Ability to have strong communication skills
• Ability to have excellent attendance record

Role for Tool & Die Maker

• Perform maintenance, cleaning, inspection, setting, and sharpening of punches and dies.
• Polish forms for high-speed stamping of small brackets and electrical components.
• Operate tool room machinery, including surface grinders, ID grinders, mills, lathes, drill presses, and saws.
• Use precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and indicators to verify dimensions and clearances.
• Teach and share expertise with the current tooling team to foster growth.
